Because acupuncture regulates hormones, it has been shown to be highly effective in the treatment of psychological and mental health conditions. It is an excellent adjunct or alternative to medication in the treatment of PTS, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia and behavioural health issues like anger management, BPD, and dissociative disorders.
